Democrats in the House have rigged the "reconciliation" terms of any health care debate for forthcoming legislation by limiting debate in the Senate and requiring a mere majority for passage.
That is: no matter what the Republicans do all the Democrats needs is 51 votes in the Senate to agree to whatever passes in the House and the Republicans can't filibuster the bill.
Congress is well on its way to becoming a rubber stamp for Obama.
