It takes a special kind of stupid to state that voluntary labs held before and after regular school hours are a detriment to black achievement but we are talking about Berkeley, here.
Hey, here's an idea...call it "preschool basketball" and "after school basketball". That seems to have worked for all those midnight "science labs"!
Why is it so hard for the alleged leaders of Berkeley schools to determine that if you have voluntary labs and people are showing up the fault lies with the people not showing up?
