Because the thing about buying cheese is that you then need to eat it all up because there is no tragedy greater than wasted cheese. So: linguini with broccoli, brie, and walnuts; a strata with spinach, mushrooms, and cheese; a potato/apple gratin that, ironically, had no cheese at all. At least we're also eating a lot of salad?
So last night we just had a pile of stir-fried vegetables. Hooray vitamins!
