Hello!

Wow....I'm am officially exhausted. This week has been so hectic. I've been helping out at this camp at Anthony Campisi's church and it has been sooooo looonnnggg everrrrryyy ddaaaayyyy. Nonetheless, I've had a great time. Every single day from 8-4 is how long the camp last. At first, Anthony put me with the 2nd and 3rd grade kids to be their leader. That was SO fun. They are the most adorable thing in the entire world!! But then Curtis could not control the middle school kids while brad, stephen, and elise were casting. There's this bipolar boy who hit his sister and then took off running through the church, they had to chase him down. So Curtis and I switched places. Middle school kids are the worst age because you can talk to them like little kids but they still aren't quite on the same level as you. They were playing duck duck goose when I walked in. I only played that in elementary school.......and these are middle schoolers. I let them play for a while then it started gettting rowdy so I played improv games with them. I was going to kill brad and elise if they left me in there any longer. They were crazy insane!!! The bipolar boy came back in, and I tried to talk to him and well, the rest is history they say. He CLUNG to me the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME! It was so hard for me to keep my patience....he was always hugging me and playing with my hair and laying all on me. And when I was doing something else around the camp and left the older kids, he would FREAK OUT. I'm talking sit down and bang his head or his fist on something and cry and refuse to participate. Even when I was in there, I had to tell him every five seconds to get up and participate. It was like having a 2 year old child. Finally, the last straw was pulled yesterday when I was out of the room working with a soloist. He hit stephen. Stephen was soooo mad and so he had to leave the camp because his behavior was ridiculous. I had a lot of fun despite that one child though. It was really fun putting together a whole "musical". Making up the dances as we were trying to teach them was also really fun. And trying to help teach songs I'd never heard was fun too. I'm really glad I helped out though because I met a lot of new people and got to know some better! And Anthony already asked me to do it next year so I probably will as long as anything else doesn't come up!! But the rest of the week was hectic too. Monday night I had a get together at Mrs. Bohlke's house that lasted until like 10:30 for me. Then on Tuesday I went out with a bunch of drama girls, and Britt(a guy). We met at frontera at 6 so I figured we'd be there for like an hour but we didn't leave until like 8:45. We talked about everything under the sun. It was so fun. Then I went to Stephen's house on my way home for like 30 whole minutes! Wednesday night we had church and today I'm sitting home packing!!! I'm leaving today for Vegas/Cali/Arizona. It's going to be really fun!! I just wish I could see the end product of JAM 3(that's the camp....Jesus And Me). I wish I could go to the rehearsal today because they are running the whole thing and I haven't got to see it all the way through w/the acting and stuff!!! :( My mom won't let me go. I have to go finish packing now and then I'm going to get a pedicure and a manicure!!! So pray for me to have a safe trip and I love you guys!!!
