We finally got our back porch/balcony up and running. It's been neglected for the past year with a sole rickety porch swing and no love. I forgot how much I love days off. Especially the free ones that don't include a call to my boss and subsequent random excuse/lie. Unfortunately, the kitchen is in a less than operable state due to countless setbacks, including:
-floor tile out of stock
-the borrowed tile cutter not fitting into the car
-the unforeseen magnitude of cabinet painting
-Jason's mom putting everyone in a bad mood (okay, I just sneaked that one in out of spite)
