So, Frankie Boyle's Tramadol Nights. Anyone watch it?
i) 'Let Her Dance' by the Bobby Fuller Four as the theme tune. Instant win.
ii) The paedophile beard is back....
iii) Whoa, he's quick with the audience quips.
iv) The Friday fish joke = actually excellent.
v) Naked Frankie! Agh! Get it off my screen! *cries*
vii) 'Adjective, adjective, verb'. Nice one.
viii) George Michael's Highway Code = amusing.
ix) Aw, an rather innocent joke about a giraffe.
x) Crossing the line a bit, maybe, with the Green Mile stuff?
xi) Ouch, wheelchair tennis jokes. :/
Overall: hit and miss. Some bits very clever, other bits just a bit distasteful for my liking. But I suppose that's Frankie Boyle, and it's pretty much what I expected. Am sort of in agreement with The Guardian's verdict.
