Some Dresden wisdom

I've been having trouble concentrating on anything, lately. They tell me this will go away eventually -- here's to hoping. I'm glad Spring Break is coming; I really need it, just to set my thoughts in order.

Who'd've thought college would still be hard once you got accepted? I feel like there are so many things I need to do just to be ready to show ( Read more... )

I needed to read something like that right now. Thanks for posting them. I don't exactly feel better, but I feel better about not feeling better. If that makes sense.

Don't you love how eloquent I am? Good thing I want to be a writer. Haha.

Hello,
I've found your journal from your Rhapsody story If Only on the fanfiction.net. Thank you for this nicely written story :) What brings me here is that in the A/N you write "While I’ve read a lot of Achmed/Rhapsody". My problem is that I don't seem to be able to find any! If you could point me to at least some - I'd be very grateful.
Sorry to disturb you,
Happy Easter!

Glad you liked the story. I haven't been reading much fanfic lately, so I was surprised when I saw the absolute lack of Achmed/Rhapsody fics at fanfiction.net. When I wrote that, I'd probably read a few from fanfiction.net, but I don't visit any other fanfic sites.

Again, haven't been reading fanfic for a while, but I seem to remember liking the author lady-knight2. I think she had a few stories you might want to look into?

Happy Easter to you, too, and don't worry -- you're not disturbing anything. I'm just sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Heh, I've read everything there's on fanfiction.net... and google comes up empty. Well, no luck then.
The lack of those stories is quite astonishing indeed. And a great pity imho, there are some interesting possibilities that I fear the author herself will not explore for it's quite clear that Ashe is going to stay Rhapsody's true love forever, pitiful and stupid as he is... Sorry, have finished the books a week ago, so it's quite on my mind and I have no one to rant to. :)

Thank you again, and good luck in your writing!

College will be "hard" when "hard" means "challenging yet enjoyable," because I'll be (finally) allowed to take the classes I want to take, and not they ones *they* want me to take. But it is true -- stale is something I ought to avoid.

Occasionally. Thankfully, I still have some in-school experiences that justify my attendance. I put it down to great teachers and greater friends.
