Next week: Anne of Ingleside
Hi everyone! I hope you enjoyed discussing Anne's House of Dreams yesterday. Next week, on Sunday, May 22nd, we'll talk about Anne of Ingleside, with a guest post by h_loquacious.
Apart from The Blythes Are Quoted which was just released a few years ago, Anne of Ingleside is the last book that Lucy Maud Montgomery wrote in the series. It came out in 1939, twenty years later than its sequel, Rainbow Valley! I imagine that must have been pretty annoying for completists.
I noticed that a few people are scrambling a bit to keep up with the pace, so the week after that will be an off-week, and we'll come back with Rainbow on June 5th, if that works for everyone.
