Weekend recap:
* Wanted to go pick up a better (free!) working dryer from Nathan's mom's house, but we'd have to rent a truck. All truck rental places (all the way up to Surprise) are completely booked for the weekend. Will possibly find out when we can pick it up tomorrow. In the meantime her dogs are peeing all over it in the backyard... thanks?
* Friday: took the most ridiculous math test ever. Questions involving multiple choice with multiple answers, such as: "Which equation would have a graph that is both concave up and decreasing? a) ax, b) a-x, c) xa, d) x-a, e) loga, f) logax" ETC FOREVER.
* Saturday: bought FX stuff for Halloween costumes. Extremely bummed at failing Calculus exam miserably. Moped at home all day, felt overwhelmed and wanted to cry. Got extremely drunk by 5pm. Fell asleep by 9pm.
* Sunday: woke up at 6am. Walked to Fresh & Easy with EJ at 8am. Made awesome breakfast. Practiced doing FX makeup on him for several hours. Did Chem homework. Hours of violin. Finally learned a new song, now I just need to learn how to play it faster/move my fingers faster. Getting better at note reading! Fourth finger is starting to feel better. Without this progress I would cry.
Chem homework: retarded. Online form is not accepting my obviously supremely awesome and correct answer about the anions in an equation. I even asked someone who has taken chemistry and she got the same answers. I even cheated and looked in the back of the book and they were the SAME. I even tried rewriting it to a full name, instead of just the anion name. Epic fail. Same problem with writing out the charges. I'm asking someone in class tomorrow what's up. These are the only two problems that are incomplete.
I get to sleep less than 6 hours again tonight. I'm so sick of school right now. I don't want to go to my crappy German Renaissance Reformation class and suffer through 30 minutes of the slide projector breaking. I don't even know what I should be studying for, or when there is a test? And while Biology is my favorite class, I am dreading the exam next week. DREADING. I just spent the last hour working on the study guide again. I'm super awful at this Chemistry class - doing alright in recitation (which is a huge fucking waste of time), doing well in the labs with my group, but I don't really understand what's going on in the actual class. I keep on meaning to study for it, and I keep on studying bio instead. Major stupid move. The only thing keeping me happy right now is the violin because it lets me get lost, and if I don't grasp a concept my teacher explains it out to me instead of going "Here's something harder. P.S. You suck."
Fuuuuuuuuuuuck.
