Nothing says "Happy New Year!" like baked fat slathered with more fat
My mom and I just got back from Yia Yia's Bakery, which I now admit is my new favorite place. They have galaktoboureko! I'm surprised I spelled that correctly the first time... anyway it's my favorite greek dessert EVAR, especially when Mike's Papou (grandfather) makes it. Greek Easter is seriously the best holiday ever. Yia Yia's is awesome, they also have a deli and serve subs and salads.

Mike's birthday was quite uneventful, I bought him a bottle of Stoli as part of his gift and we drank. For the rest I'm just gonna buy him new sexy clothes or something. (By sexy I mean stylish, he likes when I pick out his clothes because I only wanna make him look good)
If you ever want to get a good vodka and have the money I highly recommend Stoli, it is smooth and packs quite a punch so you don't need a whole lot.
