So I shared my story with a couple of my coworkers and it became the joke of the evening. "Oh God Reagan! I can't watch you pour that, it's too painful!"
Later on said (sad) customer came in. He apologized profusely and bought me an extra shift drink. I told him his apology was accepted, but that everyone knows what an asshole he was and being the but of our jokes will be his penance. Then he apologized more and more and.....
I guess I could be a bitch to him and stay pissed but that's just not my style. I would rather make a joke of it and move on.
FYI Miranda- Thar's the bar I used to work at. It sounds fun until you have to clean up the glass off the floor.
