It's been a while. Mostly because I keep forgetting. Oops.
Today's:
Savatage was formed in 1978 by the teenage brothers Criss and Jon Oliva under the name Metropolis. They changed the name to Avatar shortly after. The only reason they didn't stick with the name Avatar was because their record label at the time, Combat, had another band called that. So they rearranged the letters to form the word Savatage instead :)
