Chicks dig Santa
I've been meaning to update this for days now, but there's just not much going on to write about. Vacations rock. But let's see:
- Tuesday night - After watching about fourteen hours of the National Geographic Channel and transcribing piles of class notes onto my laptop, dinner with abigor60 and cheshire_monkey. Mongolian BBQ with bad service; can't beat that.
- Wednesday - Christmas shopping at... Wait, I shouldn't say...
- Thursday - Wrapping and assembling assorted gifts, transcribing more class notes, some quality video game time, started reading one of my books (yes, the "Book of the Day" feature will make an appearance soon, although when I'm on vacation it's more of a "Book of the Week" feature), and my first experience with Thai food in the evening with stinky_monky. Good stuff. In fact, I should have some leftovers waiting for me somewhere around here.
- Today - Emails, TV, maybe some more video games, probably more reading, and then a trip downtown to meet some former coworkers for a trip to the gay bar. Hey, the drinks are cheap and my wedding ring and "Chicks Dig Santa" shirt should prevent any awkward or untoward Christmas cheer.
