The mayor of East Cleveland is angry that photographs of him "in seductive poses, wearing women's lingerie, a wig, and lipstick" are making their way around town just in time for another election.  He blames his campaign opponent and racist police officers for spreading the photos, and has called for the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department to investigate the cops.  Channel 3 News in Cleveland has uncovered "nearly four dozen graphic and sometimes X-rated photos of a man that sources say is [the mayor]."

The mayor, unsurprisingly, refuses to comment on the origins of the pictures.
