Sunday my family and I went to see Live Free or Die Hard. The most mindless, awesomely shameless, over-saturated action flick I've ever seen! Bruce Willis must have had 5 several-story falls onto hard cement and not so much as a limp. He fell from a jet plane....and Timothy Olyphant as the cyber-nerd turned slick badass villain was perfect. AND

Glad to hear that you're enjoying your time in Houston...I sort of got sick of how huge it was when I was there for the Katrina semester. I don't know how much longer you're going to be there but I just thought I'd give you a couple of recommendations on awesome restaurants--my two faves. One is an awesome sushi restaurant called Rickshaw Bambu on Westheimer a few blocks from Kirby (coming from Montrose) right next to an great Mexican restaurant. THe other is a really great tapas restaurant in Rice Village called Mi Luna. Just thought I'd mention those to you. Have fun the rest of the time you're there! See you soon babe.
