OK. So I have never ever done any kind of meme but I read the 2008 in review meme that
njborba did and I decided to snag it from her.
I haven't had really much to complain about in 2008 or mostly in life but as I am only a human I do so anyway. Mostly life, family and friends online and off, I have are the greatest.

1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
Started my first job in my field.
2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don’t make resolutions because I know I won’t keep them.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No
5. What countries did you visit?
None. Though I would love to see the world once I hit the lotto and don’t have to work for a living.
6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
Enjoying life instead of working and sleeping and working and sleeping. You guys get the idea.
7. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
My interview for my current job. I remembered I cried because I didn’t want leave my then old job.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I was part of one of the toughest projects during the interim. I wasn’t the lead but I handled everything and I finished the project before anyone else had ever before.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Not being able to keep in touch with my girls from the former job as much I would have liked. Also not doing anything during the summer.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nothing major: cold, a minor eye infection, ear aches and such little things
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Loads and loads of clothes. I was in sudden need of suits for work.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My new colleagues, they really took me in when I started and they all think I have been there for years
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
All of these celebrities who jump in front of the cameras and then blame their problems on the media. Palin just really rubbed me the wrong way.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Credit card bils, home renovation for parents, clothes for work and savings
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Joining LJ. I know it sounds lame but I join this things and never keep up or make friends but here I like to think I have a few friends. So I am really proud of my self for actually putting up the effort.
16. What song(s) will always remind you of 2008?
I don’t know
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:

II. Thinner or fatter? I think I gained some weight then started walking with a coworker and lost it.
III. Richer or poorer? Little Richer. New job pays more then the old
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Keeping up with friends. I am horrible at that.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Working
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
Staying home with the parents and sisters. Keeping the tradition of going to the movies on Christmas day with my sisters.

No

Not in this lifetime.
24. What was your favorite TV program?
I discovered Battlestar Galactica and Lee and Kara
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
I sure I do but don’t want to waste the energy on those people
26. What was the best book you read?
I read a book about four different wedding going on at the same time. Don’t have a clue what the name was, a girly book. What can I say?
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
I discovered the oldies like Eartha Kitt, Tina Turner, old jazz and blues
28. What did you want and get?
Didn’t really want anything.
29. What did you want and not get?
Nothing.
30. What was your favorite film of this year?
I saw Quantom of Solace, Twilight and Dark Knight. They were all pretty awesome.
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I worked on my birthday and I turned 27 years young
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
I think finding a nice guy so my parents can finally arrange my marriage and get me out of the house.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008?
All Business Baby. No messing around politicians.
34. What kept you sane?
Family, co-workers and pilot fics
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Leo DiCaprio, he’ll always be my main man but I discovered the hotness that is Jamie Bamber.
36. What political issue stirred you the most?
The fact that McCain thought putting a woman as VP would help win the election when the candidate was a big dummy. Palin irks me
37. Who was the best new person you met?
Jen, a new co-worker, we have a lot in common especially the hots for guys in uniform. Lucky for us we work near the Naval Academy.
