Tango

I have been really missing Argentina lately. I went this fall, during my drought of livejournal posts, and had a really good time. I learned to Tango and spoke a lot of spanish (it helped me a lot with my spanish).

The last week and a half I have been really missing being their. I should e-mail my host father and let him know all of this because he did a decent job of putting me up for four months and helping to make my experience memorable. He was the one teaching me to dance at first.

It has been a lot of missing Tango, but now its even more. I miss my Mate (I have to get Kobo to order me some more. STAT). I miss Alfajores a lot (they're chocolates that a popular in Latin America). I miss playing soccer all the time. I miss the city sites, but not the pollution.

Anyways, I have been teaching Tango to Ana and Kato, which has been going decent over the last week. Kato does alright, but Ana is picking up on it much better. Ana struggles with some very funadamental things however that Kato doesn't. I mean Ana picks up on the moves very well, while Kato does not, but Ana struggles with her posture and Kato doesn't. Both like to think too much to follow properly, which is normal and neither has the attitude yet. It is the first week, so you can't expect too much. Maybe I'll have another update in my next month's post.
