New Members
I am really pumped about our new member class. My little should become a good member as will nearly all of his fellow rush class brothers. Some will probably drop off, but that's okay, because we stand at 15 right now and losing two or three won't necessarily be a bad thing.
I decided that I am going to have them help me do some work around the house during my view. One, it will show me how willing they are to put their hands to work for the group; two, I will get to work with them personally and understand what kind of work ethic they have; three, they will have an opportunity to understand what kind of efforts the fraternity will ask of them; and four, stuff will get done. The only problem is that I will have to slate time for them to come help me do stuff, maybe not so easy.
