The Master of Hand-Eye Coordination

So yesterday, I spent 8 hours at a LAN party. If you don't know what that is, it's when people get together, bring their computers, and hook them up to a network. Then, they play games against each other. Our school's 'Slackers and Procrastinators Anonymous" club hosted this party. The main game we played was 'Counterstrike'. Most of you may have never heard of it, but it's a multi-player version of 'Half-Life', which many of you have probably never heard of either. Basically, it's like any ordinary first-person shooting game, but with two teams (Terrorists and Counter-terrorists). Anyways, there was a big Counterstrike tournament at the party, with the winning team getting 45% of the entry fees. My team won, yay! I didn't know anybody from my team; I met them at the party and they invited me to join their team. These guys and girl are awesome at the game. Apparently, they play in National tournaments and stuff like that. Anyways, they were good, and we won, enough said. I had a good time. Pizza, Black Bear soda, and gaming...and I won this strange HIGHLY CAFFEINATED beverage that I've never heard of in a raffle. I think I'm going to try it sometime when I need a boost of energy. Anyways, yay for hand-eye coordination.

I hate doing laundry here. There are only 14 washers and 16 dryers to use between the 200+ students in this building. And most of the time, some idiot brings his/her laundry down, washes it. Then comes back down, puts it in the dryer, and then forget about it and leaves it there for the day. Almost every time I go down to dry my clothes, I either have to wait 10-15 minutes, or I have to unload somebody else's dryer and leave their clothes on the table so I can use the dryer that's been DONE for a good 3 hours. But yeah, I only do laundry every 2 weeks, so it's not something I have to worry about THAT often.

I totally blew that Differential Equations test on Friday. I've been kicking myself all weekend thinking about it. It was really tough, even the genius next to me had troubles at times. Anyways, I'm not looking forward to getting it back on Tuesday. I actually did a little Chemistry work today in preparation for the exam on Tuesday. Then, that'll be my last actual test before final exams in two weeks.

Well, I should get going. I'm going to go get my laundry and put it away. Then, I'm going to clean up a bit before bowling league tonight. Yay for bowling, free pizza, and pop. Later dayz!
