Wolf Castle

Yesterday and the day before were just such great days for me. Thursday was just really nice and relaxing because it was such beautiful weather I decided to go to the park and read my book. It was quite nice. I was in a very happy mood all day, and I eve got to chat with a girl from choir on our way to the parking lot.
Yesterday was just the best day ever, and at night I felt like such a kid. Ok, let me recount the whole day. It began with Graphic Design class as usual, but I was planning on meeting Linda afterwards so we could hang out before the two of us and Justin practiced for our carnival coming up. So originally she was supposed to come at 2. I had already finished my entire art project so... yeah. She said I could design flyers for our next event, I did. And I created the Facebook event (which I had never done before). 2:00 came and went as I sat in my car eating my goldfish. I figured she must have missed her bus again so I would probably have to wait another 1/2 hour or so. Indeed she had watched her bus pass right by her house and she eventually called... she did not arrive at school until almost 3:30 (as compared to the original idea of 1:00). But I did not have a problem with it. I simply found a shady spot and read my book. So then both of her reasons for coming to campus had left early, so we went to the club room and tried to make copies of the flyers I made, but we had a lot of difficulty because the darn thing was pretty messed up and kept getting paper jams like very two seconds. Lol. But we did have some fun listening to potential songs for our performance (none of which we decided on). So yeah... then we finally left school and by that time we were able to pick Justin up from his apartment and we drove to the park across the street from Linda's house. (We did not want to miss out on the gorgeous weather, plus Mrs. Wolf was worried about her messy house and didn't want people coming in at first.) So that's when we decided to take a nap on the grass and listen to the little kids laugh and scream and play. For part of the time Justin was playing whatever random stuff on his guitar as we laid there and it was so peaceful and pleasant. Then we went over to the kids play ground area cause Justin wanted to play on it, but he didn't want to do it alone so I went too. We talked to a couple of really cute kids and then started to head toward Linda's house, but ended up playing frisbee with a couple other guys from DVC (which we didn't know at first). That was a lot of fun. So we finally made it to "Wolf Castle" and began to practice our music. The only song we have decided on so far is "Getting Into You" by Relient K. So we finally did some major work on that, but the really funny thing is that we couldn't ever seem to get it right in the original key: E. But we could do it perfectly in Eb. Lol. I suppose it has yet to be decided which key we will actually perform in. Once we were tired of doing that we went outside (it was very dark by then) and Linda's sister (who looks and sound exactly like a girl I knew in elementary school named Alyssa) wanted to show us their chickens. She thought one of them was dead because it wasn't moving, but it wasn't and I knew it. Then (partially because I/we were so cold) we jumped on the trampoline. We had so much fun. We kept jumping forever and then stopping to look at the stars and then jumped again. I had a blast. Then Justin's friends came over (I knew all but one of them and one was his brother Jeff who is also in the club) and we decided to go to Denny's for some food. (We hadn't ever really eaten dinner, just Amish friendship bread and other snacks with orange juice.) So we ended up seeing the other group of Linda's friends who were supposed to have been there since 7, but I don't believe it because we were all there past midnight. Blah, blah, blah. I took Linda home and spent the night over there. So we didn't go to sleep until 1 or 1:30 am. It was great.
Today started off OK at Linda's but then I realized that I left my list of very specific paint supplies at school which I needed to purchase today. Boy that was a huge frustration! I spent like 1/2 an hour at school trying to find someone who could let me into my class room, but alas, there was none. Luckily I managed to get most of the stuff I needed from memory, but I know for certain that I am missing at least 2 paint colors. Anyways, I went with Melana and got to chat with her. We had fun on the way back with the little color wheel thing she got. Oh and little Isabel is so cute. She gets older every time I see her. Bruno and Melana showed me a couple really funny videos that Isabel loves. I had a good time over there. And now, I am home, finally. But off again soon to watch some movie I've never heard of with some friends and Katrina's house.
