Snow, Ice Skating, and Other Stuff
Yesterday and today have been pretty fun. I'm really enjoying all the snow even though it's cold (obviously). I just can't get over how pretty it is and I get really excited about snowflakes cause I've never seen them like I do here. I can't believe it really sparkles like that fake snow! So yesterday I went ice skating with Ryan, Tina, and Andy in the middle of a snow storm. It was quite fun and exciting. :) I thought it was fun skating last time with just Andy and all his fears, but this time was way better. And I really like the romantic moments as well. :) Hehe. Tina thought it was super cute when Andy and I started skipping down the street holding hands. Lol. Probably kinda stupid and dangerous when there was ice and snow and wind everywhere, but fun anyways. Haha. I really like this whole skating for free thing and the lights are always pretty, too.
Somewhat recently (I guess maybe this last weekend) I've kinda been battling doubts in my mind occasionally. I'm not sure why and I don't know if it's just the good kind of thinking critically or if there's something spiritual going on. I think part of it could have been that I went a few days without really reading my Bible. :( So I'm doing better now staying on top of that cause I really do want to spend time in the Word with God.
Something that I've been convicted about over the course of the semester is that a true and growing Christian will not want to sin; sin will lose it's appeal over time because the believer is so devoted to God and His will alone. Guess I still have a long way to go. I have good times and bad times.
