In case anyone was wondering, it is a terrible idea to go to dinner with your boyfriend's family, some of the sweetest people who love you as much as your own parents, in the awkward timeperiod between deciding you need to break up with him and not having done it yet.

My aunt is so cute. She's 35 and never got married..which actually sounds very normal considering society. But she's never really had a serious boyfriend because she never really cared about it.
