blathering of updates
So I finished up the school musical yesterday...I was feeling consecutively more sick everyday as it approached (which isn't good at all!) but knew I had to move forward...by strike, I was just moving because I felt like if I stopped I'd either faint or puke. Eventually got home at 2:30 (am) and crashed into bed....my mom checked on me 20 minutes before church started, felt my forehead, and said I was feverish. So I went back to sleep and woke up at 2:30 (pm). I'm still a bit sick, but not feverish anymore.
But before that.
The musical (We did the Secret Garden) was just amazing...oh gosh it was so good. C: I'm really glad I got to be a part of it. We never sold out, which is a shame (since it was so good) but c'est la vie.
On Saturday, my friends and I went to Goodwill. Our excuse was that we were looking for clothes for our 80's presentations for finals, but we didn't find anything there. XD Instead, I procured myself a "School House Rock" video, the original "Miracle on 34th Street", a candy dots maker (peer pressure, haha), and the gold of the treasure hunt, this gorgeous Simba puppet and "Friends in Need". :D :D
Sooo happy.
Then we went to target where I actually did get my clothes...its kind of sad, actually, that I was able to find all the hideous and super accurate 80s clothes at Target. We got some other stuff, mostly for summer and Girl's Camp, but nothing as exciting as our Goodwill hunt. And it cost 90% more, too.
I feel really bad for my CoH readers...I've been really behind and I promised to be updated by last week (I techinically promised "within 7 days"...14 days ago) and that hasn't happened. I'm going to update today, right after I post this, but still. It's embarrassing.
On a somewhat similar note, I haven't uploaded to TLKFAA forever. I've been working on this intense paint project which is tedious and takes a lot of time, and I don't want to do anything else for TLKFAA before its done. So yeah...might be awhile. :\
