dooodly doo!

I meant to give a nice, long post about my trip to Utah, but that never happened, so here's summary.
Highlights were definetly walking through the animation hallway at BYU (my sister apparently thinks I'm going to be an animation major and has told everyone thus, so I met about 5 animation majors, only two of whom she knew their names and so I didn't get to actually look at anything), ringing the university bells at BYU (homg amazingly cool), spending 3 hours in the Bean museum (taxedermy museum...loooots of pictures and sketches were done...I'll probably post some pictures), the springhare at the museum (which was actually very popular from what I saw spending 3 hours there...the "giant killer squirrel" as it was called. They're reaaaaaally bigger than I thought...he was as tall standing up as the jackal next to him!), flying with my brother over the mountains, and going to general conference where Emily was singing (even though we just baaaaarely saw her through my dad's monocular...mreh).

But anyway....the real reason I posted. I might...might....get a foreign-exchange student for 20 days this summer from FRANCE! C: C: C:
She would just hang out with us to get better at english and learn about American lifestyle and everything, so I would be encouraged  not to use too much french around her (which might be hard, dunno), but mostly it would just be awesomely awesome. :D

The problems are that the two sets of dates may be problematic...the first set my parents would be gone for 5 days and she wouldn't stay with us, so we might not get chosen. And the second set we might go to my Oma and Opa's 50th wedding anniversary. But they might not even have one, cause Opa's very....apathetic about that kind of thing.

So...cross your fingers for me! The lady should be calling us within a few days. :D
