notepad, how I love thee
For the second time today, I've just lost a lengthy post. IT MAKES ME ANGRY.
The side of my thumb likes to hit the trackpad on my laptop, sending the cursor off to some unknown place. In my failure to notice this, I keep typing away, eventually hitting the space bar and sending my browser back several steps. The result? The loss of all of my current text.
It kinda makes me want to throw things.
Josh had 38 hours at home with us before heading back to Tulsa. He was able to help his aunt out with some family business, and while I'm glad for that, I really miss my husband. To say that he's my best friend is a vast understatement-- it's like part of myself is missing when he's not around. I need him home for at least a full weekend... I'm selfish that way.
I wasted a few hours this weekend playing a flickr tag game called fastr. I should have been sleeping. I did score in the top 5 for several rounds, though!
You know of my dome obsession, right? This Polish radio facility could be easily adjusted to fit my concrete dome community needs. Shiny! I'll build mine somewhere in Colorado.
I typed this in notepad. Notepad NEVER fails me. Never!
