lol@look at porn

for me. the more sleep i get. the worse i feel. seems like thats your problem too.

i would suggest no-doze or vivarin instead of coffee. but it wears off just the same.

sleep schedules are hard to get used to. you have re-program yourself to do the 4 hr nights again.

ps - i adore the icon =o)

I really wish I could just go without sleep entirely.

Well, I went four days with no sleep one time, but I was seriously WACKO by the 4th day.

Thanks :o) I dig the icon, too.

Find more about your job to make you think. Sleepiness at work is a sign of boredom. And, wacko sleep patterns are a sign of mental illness (like depression). I'm voting for the boredom at work. (I have the same problem. I can't sleep when I'm supposed to and can't wake up to go to work.

I honestly think it's lunch, since I'm fine up until after I eat, around 1200. My job actually involves tons of thinking, (sometimes too much) so I vote against boredom.

Depression? That sounds weird!! What is it...?

Well, they say a 20 min "power nap" after lunch will negate the sleepy feeling.
