I think it's because of the nightmares

I'm developing a weird sleep schedule.

I've been going to bed extra early, like around 11 or 12, and still waking up tired. My natural response is to come in to work and chug coffee after coffee until I'm happy and fairly buzzing on caffeine.

But after lunch, I get to where I am now...sleeeeeeeeeeepy. So tired that I'm completely unmotivated to do anything productive.

And I keep thinking about crashing the instant I get home, but guess what? By the time I get in the door, eat, and look at porn, I'm wide awake.

I want to get back to where I can only sleep 4 hours a night but still be jumpy and awake throughout the day.

Anyone have suggestions?
