Tonight I made the BEST buffalo-style tofu 'wings' that I have ever had.
Really.
It's a good thing too, I had a really bad day. Yakira was sick and went to work with me where she suffered a high fever and coughed all day! The 9000 piece mailing I was working on was designed rather strange and kept fooling the paper senser of my machine ... end result I had to feed the mailing into the addresser ONE piece AT A TIME.
Yucky!
This week is a stressful one for me.
