I love short weeks, wish I had more. It was the first week since....December?...which I had no meetings. Ahh free evenings.
Our new sports editor left, going to miss him, he was a nice guy. Once again we need another new reporter.
AnimeNext is in two weeks, and I'll probably do a Saturday trip. Anyone else planning on going?
In the meantime, I've been working on my costumes. I've finished with the bottom half of my Sheryl outfit for Otakon (shirt, bow, socks). Need to get started on the corset, which will be trying and pick up a pair of white heels.
I hope to finish bondgirl Tieria before Next. Ordered a wig, need to find red contacts (never used them before, anyone who a good place to get cosmetic contacts?), and my current difficulty: where to put the zipper. His dress didn't have a zipper, and the neck piece is a see-through material once again, no closure. This is going to take some creative zipper placement.
I'm also adding closures to the slit so I can make it smaller when I leave the con (nothing like walking around Baltimore in that kind of outfit).
I wanna see Up so bad, but Commie hates Pixar (he loved Walle though...), who else wants to go?

OH MY GOD, WTF COSTCO I'd settle for almost anything from Costco, engagement ring included, but I gotta draw the line here. I am curious though, will they carry to my car for me? :P
