I found out that the salads ive been eatting are around 85 cals. I didn't eat the dinner I planned one eatting, instead I had 3 veggie sushi rolls without seaweed in pomzu sauce. I don't know why I got full so fast but whatever, works for me.
what I'm worried about is how many calories were in the pomzu sauce and the rice. Rice is carby. I'm deeply afraid of carbs since they're the soul reason why I gained a million pounds in the first place. So I can't really say how many calories I had today overall.
Tomorrow, I'll have the rest of the rolls for dinner, there are 5 left.
Tonight I'm going to do some situps and pushups because of the rice.
My mom told me it looks like I'm loosing weight today. I guess that's good. I don't know if she's noticed that I've been eatting alot less again, but she's not protesting.
I watched a few thinspo videos. They all have repeating girls and pictures that I've seen 200 times so...yeah
