I remembered to set my stop watch this time so the time is more accurate than last thurdays. I thought it would feel better than it did, especially after I realized that I’m only running for, like, 20 minutes. What kind of a wimp am I anyway?

I have got to have the strangest playlist. Granted it was random, but I can’t believe all what I have on my iTouch. Seriously, it went from a random Fergie song to Go Daddy Oh [squirrel nut zippers] to Bodies [Drowning Pool] to the Hampster Dance and back to Fergie.

I felt good yesterday, no soreness after the 3 mile run.

6 months 2 weeks and 4 days until the Disney Marathon!
