I was bookin’ it today, especially on the way home. I was like a sled dog on the last leg of the Iditerod. It actually felt pretty good to not be dragging and aching. I didn’t miss the turn this time so it was the full 3 miles and a good portion of it was a long slow up hill. I’m glad Tori forced me to go. I was considering skipping it. I know, shame shame on me. But I knew I wouldn’t skip it because if I bailed on a workout in the first week, what chance would I really have of doing the whole 30 weeks.

And, for the record, I did do my 30 minute walk yesterday AND my Wii workout.

So Week 1 down, 29 more weeks to go and 6 months and 3 weeks until the Disney Marathon.
