Even though I rented these movies from Holly Video last night, you get the idea. :O) When I'm at home chilling during my vacation, I'll be watching one of these 4 movies:
I remember watching Inside the Actor's Studio with Mike Myers, and that movie looked pretty good. I also saw this one special on VH1 about Studio 54 and I just thought it was really interesting. Disco was like...the precursor to House...so that also holds some interest in it for me. It's the club scene from back in the day...
I remember seeing this movie at Julie's once when we were all drinking and stuff. Margot said it was a really good movie, and I was only half paying attention to it because I was drunk and chatting with everyone, but what I did see was good. So I watched it last night, and enjoyed it. It wasn't as funny as the trailer made it out to be, but I liked it a lot nonetheless. :O)
Came across The Anarchist Cookbook while I was strolling around at the video store. It sounds pretty interesting. There's a group of rebellious friends who hold non-violent protests and stuff like that, but when they accept a new guy into the group, he starts causing some trouble...
I'm not sure what to think about this movie yet...I haven't watched it. And I have to admit, the only thing that really wanted to make me check it out was that it said it had a "cutting edge electronic soundtrack", haha. It said it had new music from Leftfield, Chemical Brothers, Aphex Twin and others... But really, it compared itself to Fight Club, Clockwork Orange, and Trainspotting. So maybe it'll be worth it in the end. :O)
