The other day I bought two new ringtones for my phone, and for a 30 second loop, the price sure has jumped up! It's $2.50 now, plus whatever the charge to download to your phone, around .40 cents. So basically, an additional $6 will be on the next phone bill (don't worry, m & j, I got that of course). The ringtones are pretty sweet tho. They're a lot better than the crap tones they had on there to begin with, seriously! I thought about getting current hits like Bloc Party (Banquet) or SOAD (BYOB), but I wanted something timeless. So I got Leftfield's "Mic Chekka (Check One)" and "Open Up". Very good electronic songs, the latter being a dance-floor classic. Most people won't know them tho...and those that do, will automatically achieve cool status to me. :O) So it's all good...
Yesterday I went over to Kristen's. I caught the last part of "The 70's House", which seems utterly retarded to me, and then we went swimming. It was so much fun. I should go swimming more. The water at the pool was pretty warm too, not too cold at all. And the pool area was pretty huge. It was kind of tiered, with like 3 other separate pools a few steps down, and a hot tub off to the right under a gazebo. We swam in the big pool for a while, then hopped into the circular one, where we made a strong whirlpool...and then chilled in the hot tub. But the hot tub was too hot for the weather out, so we went back into the pool and did some laps, and then played chicken. I was undefeated! :O) Good times...oh, and K-dawg says 'You suck' for not going over, Veronica.
I was checking up on some movies I want to see, and this independent film called It's All Gone Pete Tong is no longer showing here!!! Damnit!!! It really sounded cool...I guess I'll have to wait for DVD now...
Who wants to see Fantastic Four this weekend? If for no reason other than to see him:
