Seriously?!
So I was adjusting the blinds in the spare bedroom and the whole f-ing thing just came crashing down! Why?! Now I am have to clean everything up and call maintenance to come fix it cause they're not our blinds. UGH. On that note I quit sewing for the day and am chilling for a few before I go to bed.
Shilo is DONE!!! Finally. Well, I have to piece the cameo chain together, but I can do that at work this weekend. I really like how everything turned out.
River: I thought it was done, but I realized I forgot to put the nail heads on the sides of the dress. Oops. I felt something was missing and I realized it last night. And I have to finish the sword. Then she'll be done. I got my boots the other day...so comfy!
Lightning: New skirt is done and it looks way better than my old one. Gloves are partially cut, but I should have them done soon. Shoulder pauldren needs to be done, too. Boots are as finished as I am able to get. They're not how I'd like them to be, but close enough until I get the right material. Other than that, all the other touch-ups are good.
Repo Man: Ugh. This jacket is gonna be the death of me. The base is done except lining up the pieces on the top of it and adding all the details. I can't make all the correct studded straps and little belt hooks and whatnot, but we're making it as close as possible without it looking crappy. It looks good so far though. Once it's fully done it will look better. That'll be the bulk of
We're gonna go over the DC panel schedules tomorrow and figure out what we're doing and when. I'll post it probably Sunday or Monday.
Tomorrow night I'm helping AE for a few hours. That knocks into my sewing time, but I'll be making a little more $$ so that'll help even more. I just hope I find the time to finish everything. I'm afraid I'll exhaust myself in finishing these and getting school work done. Looks like I'll be bringing my school books to DC with me...again.
