birthdays and cosplay stuff

jessichan99, hope classes are going well. Hope you have a good birthday this week! I'm sad neither of us will be going to AWA this year. I'm hoping our funds even out so we can go for at least one day, or for a few hours. We'll see, but I doubt it. Maybe next year we'll have a chance. =)
And to micarei, hope to see you at D*Con this year!! Wish we all could have hung out more between cons. Have a great birthday!! Hope you get to spend it with friends and have fun.
Saw District 9 today. Oh my, it was amazing!! Definitely not what I expected it to be. It was so good and I want to see it again.
D*Con costumes are coming along well. I'm currently sewing some stuff for my Shilo shirt while sitting here watching True Blood. lol. The only one left is that damn Repo jacket. I need to finally piece it together and it should come along nicely and quickly once the base is together.
I'm happy that the Twilight photoshoot may be moved up a few hours on Friday so I can attend that AND the Repo shoot. Joy! And I'll be wearing Flo on Friday morning when I get my pass, so please stop and say HI!
No more BSG costumes. Ran out of time and cosplay funds to get it together. Next though I plan on having one though, so long as I can find a decent wig for Starbuck.
To anyone who went to Blizzcon this weekend, jealous!! Hope y'all had a great time and let us know about anything worth-while and new coming up.
Once True Blood is over I'm gonna take a shower and get back to my sewing. I should have Shilo's shirt done tonight or at least tomorrow night. I'm getting tired, but I hope I can stay up long enough and get all the ruffles on at least.
