February Love Meme Day 11 - So many new icons to use...

New icons--I made 60+ icons for myself over the past few days. I have been saving images for a while. But
oldtoadwoman pointed out some useful sites with online programs that were useful in making the process much faster for me. So, I'll give her some love for the assistance, and these sites some love for being handy. *points to icon on this post*

1. First, there's a powerpuffyourself.com website out there where you can make a Powerpuff Girls avatar. I made a few--the one above, one with glasses and one with heart eyes.
2. Lunapic.com is useful for effects like changing the color, adding sparkles, cropping an image or GIF, and adding a plain or fancy border (see the snowflake border and animated snowflakes added at the very end after resizing to 100x100).
3. Because the resulting file was too big to upload to Dreamwidth (icons have a limited file size), I used ezgif.com to "optimize" it to get the file size down. This can be tricky with larger GIFs. I had some luck with optimizing the transparency on some of the GIFs.

Note: I haven't forgotten about making the Neon sign icons; I promise I will do that as soon as I can.
