So late last night...
I have an art show coming up in less days than I'd like to think about. No problem, except that all of the art is supposed to be big. I have one peice that I feel comfortable showing that fits the description. I need 2 or 3 more for the show. I have some canvases that I have been painting over and some just happen to be big enough.
So later last night, while waiting for screen filler to dry (new silk screen prints coming soon), I came up with an idea for the 4X6' (that is foot not inches) canvas I have laying around the house. It was around 1am.
Even later, I try to get sleepy and force myself to go to sleep. That didn't work so great. As I finally start to close my eyes, it hits me. I will be making a change to the details in the idea I had earlier. Ta dah! So I try to sleep with a smile on my face. I sleep for a few minutes here and there. Then as soon as I really fall asleep, the phone rings at 4:12 AM!!! Blag!!! So then I get angry, and can't shake it. I think I went to bed around 5ish. I don't know.
So now I am going to set up my studio in the driveway since a 4X6' canvas does not fit into the studio (based on past experience).
