Just when I though I'd gotten through all this crap, the sore throat/slug-filled nose returns. This time with rust-colored snot. And I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow. Greeeaaaat. So, went and got a shot -- usually never do that, my parents raised me on the philosophy of letting things run their course, but. Vacation, plane, pressure difference, headaches, all a very bad combination. So. Shot with pills on the side. Yummy.
Sigh.
Bad weather on the way, too -- got to shut everything down as soon as I post this. Tornado watches/warnings everywhere, gale winds, sheets of rain. Woot. School got let out at 1, and the Jr/Sr Banquet (which was going to be tonight) is postponed until Monday after next. At least now I have time to pack for the trip.
Speaking of which, I may not post again before we head out tomorrow, so I reckon this is my vacation notice. We're going to Washington, D.C. for a week to get inundated with monuments and museums, yay! ^_^. I am ridiculously excited. I'll be back with two or three days of Spring Break to spare, too. (My feet will surely need the time to recover. Eurgh.) I may finagle my way online while I'm there, but even if it's possible I'll probably be too tired to think about the internet, so. See (so to speak) y'all in a week!
