I picked a lousy time to go back to the gym. The gym I belong to is Jewish, and they're closed for Passover. Passover (which is normally in March or April) and September are the craziest times of the year to try to go to the gym, especially if you don't have their calendar at a glance at your disposal. I've shown up ready to work out only to find a sign on the door saying that they're closed. Oh well. Maybe next week'll work out better for me.
After yesterday's conference call, I don't think I get to do my real work this week. There's just too much stuff that's wrong with the client. Thankfully it's better than it used to be, but there's still too much. I have a suspicion that I'll be hanging out in the programmer's cubicle all week. Oh well. There's only so much I can do.
My favorite bartender is recently single. One of my managers and a sales rep have both told me that he's not for me. It's kinda funny going out with guys that you work with, because they might joke with you and about you, but they'll still look out for you. Evidently he's told them some "crazy" stories, which just makes me want to get to know him more, seeing as I'm a super curious/nosy person. :-) He's fun to look at and flirt with. I doubt much'll happen there. The people I work with know me pretty well to know when something/someone is wrong for me.
