Before I saw the whole ep, people were complaining about it, and just learning that Maiko was back was enough to make me almost want to skip it. But, of course, it being Avatar, I HAVE to watch. That is the ultimate fan way. :D
Luckily, I was surprised. This episode was good! I wish Maiko would have ended permanently, but hey, what can you do? (Although I haven't given up hope, heh heh.)
- TY LEE! YOU HAVE RETURNED!!!
- Lo and Li are hilarious. I loved when they were making Zuko nauseous. XD
- Ah, Ty Lee. You remind me of Melody from Josie and the Pussycats with your ditzy way with boys. (And for the record, yes, I do read Archie Comics. :D)
- ...You know, Katara would've appreciated that seashell, Zuko. *runs off*
- Poor Azula is ignored in the beach.
- I love the volleyball game scene. Azula takes things too seriously. XD
- "Hey, that was food for my cranky girlfriend!" <--- Don't know why but I loved that line. (Keep in mind that even though I hate Maiko I do like Mai. She's on my top 5 favorite A: tLA character list.)
- MAIKO BREAKUP! What made Zutarians and other Zuko shippers have a heart attack of joy. XD
- Poor Zuko. I felt bad for him when he was looking at the old portrait of his family sitting there happily with each other.
- Azula's (kinda) a good sibling at times!
- Zuko you're an a-ho for being so mean to Ty Lee. Though I can't help but like Tyko suddenly. O_O If Zutara won't happen, can this? :D
- "Circus freak is a compliment!"
- MAI BLEW UP! That made me happy for some reason. 8D;
- We learn some of Azula's problems, too.
- There was only a little bit of Gaang material in this ep, though. :( Wasn't that guy Combustion Man? I'm assuming he'll come back. And least we got more Toph material to work with.
Overall, good episode, all though Ozai's Angels' life stories seemed a little rushed.
