Hey sorry I haven't been updating much. I've been busy with writing my Harry Potter story and school which is okay since I have some great teachers. I think my friend DYlan likes me and I like him too. I hope he doesn't have a live journal, gfod that wouold be so embarressing if he read this. Well I think I'll put chapter one up of my Harry Potter story to see how you all like it. I'm also going to stop going to that Inuyasha-Fan website, only because they don't talk to me any more and my bro doesn't even try to get ahold of me now. Life sucks, me and Joey broke up but he was way to old for me anyways and plus he was only an internet person I never met him in real life. Well on with the story hope you all like. Chaper seven is long so when I get there brace yourselves.
Chapter one
The beginning
Leo was just waking up from a nightmare about being attacked by the shadows and other weird stuff. She goes into the bathroom to wash up and hops in the shower. About twenty minutes later she got out and brushes her teeth. Just as she was finishing brushing her hair she heard her sister screaming. Leo ran down stairs and asks what’s wrong. Salina looks at her and shoves the letter into her hands. The letter looked a little pale in color. Leo opened it and it said:
Dear Salina and Leo Valcova,
We are terribly sorry for having you wait so long for this letter, it’s just we have been so busy with all the other letters we didn’t get to your letter until now. You two have been accepted into Hogwart’s witches and wizardry academy. Here are two tickets to get on your train, hope to see you there. You can bring up to three pets with you. The train leaves at exactly three o’clock. You are to change into your robes when you are on the train. Do not be late and do not wander the halls. Thank you.
Albus Dumbledore
“Oh my god” screamed Leo and Salina at the same time. Then all of the sudden they heard a third scream, and when they looked away from each other, there was their mother screaming. When Leo asked why she was screaming, all she said was, “I’m just screaming because you two are.” Leo looked at her sister and they both looked at their mother in a confused way. When their mother left the room, Salina said that she was going to get ready and change. As Salina was going up the stairs Leo looked at the tickets and then hollered up to her sister, “Salina the train doesn’t come till tomorrow.” Her sister came back down stairs and said, “Oh ok well what are we going to do until tomorrow.” “Why don’t we get ready so we won’t be late,” Leo said as she headed towards her bedroom. The two girls got ready and by the time they were ready it was 1:30pm. Leo didn’t have anything to do so she decided to call Jasmine. The phone rang three times before Jasmine picked up.
“Hello,” Jasmine said over the sound of an explosion in the background.
“Hey what’s up Jasmine,” Leo said in a suspicious way.
“Uh nothing much, just trying out some new potions.”
“Which sister was it this time Jasmine?” Leo said in an obvious voice.
“What do you mean by that Leo, I would never do anything to my sisters,” Jasmine said as she started to giggle.
“Jasmine, don’t give me that. You should know that I know you would hurt your sisters.”
“Ok, Ok, it was Raven.”
“Jasmine you really need to stop torturing your sisters like this, I mean come on its not like they are blowing you up,” Leo said in a disappointed voice.
“Look… they say it’s my fault about what hap…………” Jasmine started saying until she cut herself off feeling the pain of her missing sister.
“What is it Jasmine, what do they say is your fault?” Leo said feeling worried for Jasmine.
“I don’t want to talk about it ok…. What did you need any way?” Jasmine said trying to change the subject.
“Oh, I just wanted to ask where I get my stuff for Hogwarts.”
“Give me a few minutes and I’ll be over there ok, I need to get some stuff for more of my potions.”
“Oh, ummm, is it ok if Luna comes with us.” Leo said hopefully.
“Does she have to come, you know I don’t get along with her and you should also know that we “always” end up running into her at some point in time.”
“Well you know how she is Jasmine; it’s just her sugar problem.”
“Yeah well it’s annoying; oh I gotta go…my parents are home.” Jasmine said hurriedly.
“Ok, I’ll see you soon…. Bye.”
“See ya.”
And with that the conversation was over and Leo didn’t have anything to do again. She decided to go into her room and play with Charlie, her pet boa. When she got into her room Charlie wasn’t there. Leo started to look everywhere, in the bathroom and in other rooms. As she was about to go into her sisters room to look, she heard a horrified scream from outside. Leo ran down the stairs and rushed out the door. Well she found Charlie and her sister; apparently Charlie had tried to eat her sister. Leo went back inside and called Jasmine.
“Hello,” said a cheerful voice on the other line. It was Jasmine’s mother.
“Oh hello Mrs. Rose is Jasmine there.”
“Yeah hold on a minute.” Jasmine get your butt down here right now, your friend is on the phone!!
“Uhhh, sorry about that,” Jasmine said sounding uncertain about who it was.
“Umm… Jasmine I need your help. Charlie ate my sister…again, can you come over and help me.”
“Sure I’ll be over in a minute, would you like me to bring the same potion as last time.” Jasmine said as she was just realizing who was on the other line.
“Uhhh this won’t kill Charlie will it Jasmine?” Leo said uncertain about doing this again.
“Look Leo just like last time it won’t kill him, however it will shock your sister.” Jasmine said with a little irritation in her voice.
“Oh, ok that’ll do.”
“Ok bye,” They said at the same time.
Leo went back outside to see if Charlie was ok. When she got to where Charlie was, she was amazed that he tried to hack Salina out of him. “Well Charlie I hope this taught you a lesson, never eat things like that. You don’t even know where she’s been.” A few minutes passed and Jasmine arrived with a little backpack on, she started digging around in it trying to find the potion.
“Ok are you sure you don’t mind if your sister gets shocked.” Jasmine said uncertain if Leo would change her mind.
“No, its ok, I’m only worried about Charlie right now.” Leo said while trying to keep calm.
“Ok then, bottoms up Charlie.”
And with that she grabbed Charlie’s head and poured in the potion. Suddenly they heard a popping noise and Charlie hacked Salina up. Salina lay on the ground twitching while covered in green slime. Leo picked Charlie up and took him back inside, and left Salina there on the ground.
“Well are you ready to go to Diagon Alley?” Jasmine said coolly.
“Yeah just let me put Charlie back in his cage and then we can go.” Leo said practically out of breath from carrying Charlie up the stairs.
“I don’t get you Leo, I mean you know I can do tons of magic and yet you still won’t let me just zap Charlie into his cage.” Jasmine said in a confused way.
“Oh I’m just scared something might go wrong, that’s all.” Leo said not knowing what to say.
“Whatever, lets just hurry up, I still need to get: Dragons blood, a serpents tooth, magic leaves, sleeping aromas, and other stuff.” Jasmine said as they finally made it to Leo’s room.
“Ok now that Charlie is in his cage, we can go.”
Jasmine and Leo headed out the door and went straight to Jasmine’s house; they merely left Salina on the ground twitching and shaking. They both made it to Jasmine’s house within a few minutes and went to the fire place. There, one at a time, they said, “Diagon Alley” and would vanish within the flames. Leo not used to the new type of traveling nearly fell when she arrived. Then magically Jasmine appeared right next to her. You could tell that she was used to this traveling because she didn’t even stumble when she arrived. They roamed the streets of Diagon Alley for about half an hour until they started to get a little hungry. Jasmine, knowing Diagon Alley like the back of her hand, took Leo to a nice restaurant that was very cheap.
“So what are you going to get Leo,” Jasmine said realizing Leo wasn’t sure of what to get.
“I don’t know, most of this stuff doesn’t sound too appetizing,” Leo said after she read from the menu and seeing chicken feet.
“Here, would you like to get some free samples; I mean I felt the same way when Jade first brought me here.”
“They give you free samples? Why?” Leo said a little surprised.
“Take one good guess, its people like us that aren’t used to seeing stuff like chicken feet. So when people read these, they lost a lot of business. Finally they started to give out free samples to draw in the people; and it worked,” Jasmine said while remembering about how Jade told her this when she asked the same question as Leo.
Suddenly Jasmine called out to a waiter. Startled by her call he jumped and walked towards the two girls. He asked if he could take their order and Jasmine refused. Instead she asked if it was ok if he could bring out some samples for her. The waiter turned and walked away with agitation. About ten minutes later the waiter returned with a few bowls of samples. Amazingly he also brought two drinks for the girls. When Jasmine found out that they were the most expensive drinks there, she told the waiter that they didn’t have enough money for the drinks. He turned and looked at Jasmine and told her it was on the house. When the waiter finally left again Jasmine pulled out her wand and pointed it at Leo’s drink. Jasmine started to say a spell,
“Disintrust”
And with that a little red substance flew out of Leo’s drink. Jasmine took out a potion bottle and put the poison into the bottle.
