Whoever knows Spanky will more than likely get a huge kick out of the movie "Hey Happy!" a psychobabble raver Canadian movie, whose main character (well one of three) is called SPANKY THE BITCH.
The movie, in the vein of John Waters, is a tale of the hero, an insanely hot DJ named Sabu who works at a used porn and (used) sextoy shop and is on mystico-spiritual quest to sleep with 2000 men. Up to 1,999, DJ Sabu spins for a party atop a hill during the Great Flood of Manitoba. He's got his eyes set on Happy for # 2000. Happy works at the junkyard and gets high by sniffing toxic waste and listening to the voices in his head.
The villain, Spanky the Bitch, is determined to get Happy for himself. Spanky is a psychotic screaming queen who wears pleather hotpants and platform boots and has a penchant for S&M.
After watching the movie, I read the DVD jacket. It was "conceived, shot, and edited under the influence of opiates and an obsession with skater trash".
Yes, I was sober, but that's obviously not what the viewing is intended for.
