He stares out the window and watches golden seas flash by. Wheat fields get boring, but at least they're not in Iowa. Cornfields are like walls.

"Jake, over here!" She waves her arms, but Tom looms between them. He makes as if to shoot and Tom shifts - Jake passes the ball and she scores.
