I think I'm finally getting over it. Last night I had a dream where I again received a text message from her telling me how she missed me and wanted to be together with me again.
My reaction was to delete that message.
The pathos-filled symbolism aside, I've been having lots of really fucked up dreams as of late. Mostly relating to my parents. One featured my mother trying to force me to eat meat (which was fucked up, because I was feeling really hungry in that dream) while another had my father goading me for my fear of heights.
I have absolutely no idea what it's supposed to symbolize.
