Sleep, I accept you

I’ve spent the better part of the week mostly catching up on sleep and attending to chores. I’ve been trying to learn how to function on less sleep but I honestly don’t think that is the right approach. Instead I have decided to do my best to focus on time management, which seems to primarily entail avoiding television and unnecessary Internet use. The more sleep I get the more healthy and composed I feel. It also reduces my need for caffeine which both saves me money and helps with my acid issues.

I didn’t hit the gym this week or practice keytar as I would have liked, but my apartment looks good, my laundry is all done and I dyed my hair last night. I also did yoga last night (25.48) and went running this morning (25.05). I am very nearly back to not being overweight. I’m hoping to get there with yoga tomorrow morning, incorporating naps this afternoon and pre-tango for sufficient sleep management, as I also plan on hitting Crossroads tonight to hang out with April and Jon.

I do reserve the right for the daily morning cup of coffee, but I resisted the urge for an evening cup of coffee last night and am glad for it.

I start tango tonight again after breaking for a few weeks.

I am really looking forward to the weekend.
