I really liked the episode. Especially all the montages. The country song weirded me out at first, but it fit. And it felt very Jensen. It was awesome to see more of Bobby. I'm glad in the end, they all came through for him. He clearly deserved it.
Figures that Crowley was working an angle. But king of hell doesn't seem like such a great job. But hey, who else now thinks he made a deal with Sam? But it was too obvious. I don't think that's really what happened. They would not tell us in episode 4. And Sam flicking out the lighter is telling us. So I take it as cheap stunt to steer us in the wrong direction. Especially since it would explain this Sam, but not grandpa!Sam. And I still say he's the one this is all about.
My favorite lines were "Not me FBI, idjit. Call the real FBI." Because LOL! The stupidity Bobby has to put up with. ;) And then, of course, "Have you seen Drag Me To Hell". Ahahaha! Oh! And Sam and Dean cramped up in the small Euro car. Heeeh! They even had Dean drive on the right side of it. Nice! Guess it paid out that Jensen's been to Scotland, because I don't know if whoever wrote this would have thought of details like that. [Americans tend to be on the ignorant side. I see that almost every time a character's supposed to speak German or there's German writing. All wrong. Even though with the internet, it would be very easy to ask someone.]
Now I hope Bobby will find some time to enjoy his peach cobbler and maybe the nice neighbor will get over it and bring him another one.
Anyways. I baked for
spnland and will now enjoy whatever that was I made. ;) I'll post about it when I can. It was expensive, and tasted a lot better before I baked it, but it's still yummy.
Oh! Does someone have a link to good quality pictures of Jensen directing? I failed to find them outside of buddytv earlier. Wanted to use them for
jensenstillness. :-/
