Oh man! You know that movie with James Belushi and the German shepard dog? K-9? It's one of mine and my dad's favs which we still occasionally quote scenes from. But it took me watching Leverage just now to get the K-9 - canine joke. Oy! I never made that connection. Then again, it has a whole different name in German and I never saw it in English. But once again, so much cleverness gets lost in translation. I really wish we'd get movies and shows undubbed, but with subtitles, like them poor countries (like Sweden). :-/
