My favorite blanket that I've had since I was a little girl is on the fouton in Cat's room. It is spoiled forever. *cries*
Anyway, this whole flooding thing sucks. I went to Middletown and they told me to turn around on the highway, and got mad because I wouldn't turn around until the oncoming traffic (of which my visibility was blocked) stopped coming. Sorry I don't want to be hit. Though Catherine was in my passenger seat... Hmm... So I went to the mall, then after I got rid of Cat and picked up a bunch of apps I went to Michael's and spent $20 on beads. Yes. Beads. Yea, hoes. Then I went home. But I almost couldn't get home because they closed 211. Luckily they closed it just past Van Amburgh, so I could go the back way. I have no way into Montgomery. I ran out of gas and I can't get any until I get into town. Everything is so flooded around me I needed to ford my driveway. I hope my mom can get home. I'm afraid the ceiling in her room is going to fall through. Apparently the rain damaged the roof over her bedroom... Luckily the subpump is working and Cat won't be able to get home. Mom says that maybe somebody will pick her up in a month, or a year...
My roommate is retarded. She just IMed me "where are you? i don't have a roomie :-\...is everything ok?" DUH! My father's memorial is tomorrow. Shows how much she pays attention.
