enlightenment
There was this wedding last night. Of two wonderful people by the names of Brianna and Brian. It was beautiful and amazing to be apart of. One of my favorite parts was their first dance. They looked so in love. As more people filed onto the dance floor I saw the love in their eyes as they looked at each other while dancing. The many couples that looked so happy and in love with each other. It made me a little sad, because I don't have someone like that yet. But I began to think, how beautiful it will be when after waiting on the Lord to bring me that man that will make me smile in my heart, I marry him and we share our first dance. I will look in His eyes and see that love and affection and so many other things I could not possibly express in words. Oh, how wonderful and how worth the wait it will be. And then I thought this morning, how even more wonderful it will be the day I reach heaven and see my Savior and share that first dance with Him. United with Him finally as His bride, seeing His face radiate with love for me, and being able to be held in the strong arms of the love of my life, my everything. How much more beautiful will that glorious day be? Oh, how wonderful to be held in the arms of my savior and realize that I am His desire. How beautiful.
